As our Opportunity as a Service Commercial Specialist – Romania, you will play a key part in supporting the Italian market, helping secure service contracts and ensuring smooth, competitive commercial processes across the service business. - Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing structures to provide actionable business insights.
- Support cost structure analysis and collaborate with Finance to ensure optimized, competitive service pricing.
- Contribute to pre-tender clarifications and prepare strong, competitive service proposals for Italian sales teams.
- Prepare and review standard service contracts (SA and LTSA) while supporting negotiations and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate direct service offers in CRM such as spare parts, training, and warranty extensions in alignment with the SCS team.
- Act as a first point of contact for Italian customers on non-LTSA service requests, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

- A background in either business (with affinity to technology or energy) or engineering with a commercial focus.
- Around 3 years of experience in a similar commercial or service-related role.
- Strong language skills: Romanian and English at C1 level.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a clear focus on performance and results.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a “yes, we can” approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
