Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Berlin einen Service Contract Specialist.

Hauptaufgaben:

Erstellung und Bereitstellung von neuen Serviceverträgen sowie Vertragsverlängerungen

Unterstützung interner und externer Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail

Pflege aller Kundenverlängerungen, Verträge, Kommunikation und Forecasts im CRM-System sowie Steuerung des gesamten Prozesses von Abschluss bis Ende

Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Vertragsänderungen, Kündigungen und Vertragsübernahmen; bei Bedarf Eskalation an die Teamleitung

Aufbau und Pflege guter Beziehungen zu Kunden sowie proaktive Kommunikation zur Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen

Aufbau und Pflege guter Beziehungen zu internen Teams und Stakeholdern sowie Zusammenarbeit über Regionen hinweg zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Serviceangebots

Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung:

Ausgeprägte Kundenservice- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement

Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel

Sehr gute Zeitmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

Hohe Eigenmotivation und gute Entscheidungsfähigkeit

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Gehalt: 42.000 € – 52.000 € brutto pro Jahr

We are looking for Service Contracts Specialist to join our Service Enablement team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of new and renewal service contract offerings
• Provide support to internal and external customers via phone and email
• Analyze reports and proactively update customers
• Use CRM to maintain records of all customer renewals, contracts, conversations and forecasts and effectively manage the process from renewal assignment to closure
• Manage customer requests for contract amendments, merges, cancellations, and transfers; escalate to team leader as appropriate
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and regularly proactively communicate to ensure issues are captured and resolved
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate across regions to constantly improve how we service and support our clients

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Contracts Management Process
• Knowledge of Microsoft office tools, Excel
• Excellent time management and personal organization skills
• Team player with good Interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Self-driven and good decision-making skills
• Fluent German with good level of English

Salary: €42,000 – €52,000 gross per year

The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension and insurance.
