Our Client, a local manufacturer for turnstile, auto-gates & barriers here in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Service Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and manage sales documentation, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.

  • Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, including online and e-commerce platforms.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests.

  • Handle export and import documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets freight and delivery requirements.

  • Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and other enquiries.

  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with tasks assigned by management.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin / Service Coordinator role.

  • Experience in shipping, export, or import documentation will be an added advantage..

  • Immediate availability will be preferred.

  • Location: Senoko (North)

  • Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8am – 5.30pm

  • Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
