You’ll play an important role in coordinating customer service requests, supporting our technicians, managing details, and helping ensure our customers receive excellent service from start to finish. What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments
  • Communicate with customers regarding service requests, updates, and resolutions
  • Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams to keep work moving efficiently
  • Create, update, and maintain service orders and documentation
  • Assist with warranty claims, reports, and administrative tasks
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Track open service items and follow up to ensure completion
  • Provide excellent customer service while representing Brock Cabinets
  • Help maintain accurate records and organized processes within the department
