Service Coordinator I (GRNV)
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping projects moving? Brock Cabinets is looking for an Installation Coordinator to help support our installation team and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This is more than just a scheduling role. You’ll play an important part in coordinating installation activities, communicating with customers and internal teams, and helping ensure our products are installed correctly and on time. What You'll Do:
- Coordinate installation schedules and appointments
- Communicate with customers, builders, contractors, and internal teams
- Support installation managers and crews with project coordination
- Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor schedules to help ensure timely completion of installations
- Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and installation issues
- Maintain communication throughout the installation process
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Brock Cabinets
