Service Crew (F&B Retail)

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Order taking and preparing drinks and starters according to customer's order

• Top up self-service counter and ensure sufficient supply throughout the operations

• Clear and clean tables for operation turnovers

• Prepare sushi ingredient and daily Mise-en-place

• Ensure sushi are sufficient for sales and display

• Prepare food according to SOP

• Prepare daily Mise-en-place and ensure proper serving of hot food

• Assist the outlet manager in the upkeep of stocks

• Maintain workplace cleanliness

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

· No experience required.

· Good communication skills.

· Positive attitude and friendly.

· Team player.

· Willing to work weekend and holidays.
