Service Crew (Fine Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and attentive table service, ensuring a warm and personalised guest experience
  • Present menus confidently and introduce dishes, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended beverage pairings
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure prompt and seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the dining environment
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests with care and efficiency
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and service flow
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support restaurant opening and closing procedures in accordance with operational standards
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or contemporary full-service restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-player mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
