SERVICE CREW

Job Description:

* Greet customers, assign seats, take orders, and serve food & beverages

* Introduce menu items and ongoing promotions

* Handle cashiering duties when required

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally

* Coordinate effectively between kitchen and customers to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

* Prior F&B or service experience preferred (training can be provided)

* Friendly, service-oriented, and good communication skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Responsible, punctual, and team player
