Role Mission

Be a part of a healthy, rapidly growing vegan company! Glow Food is a fast-casual dining chain that focuses on 100% plant-based, nutrient-dense meals. Our menu is designed to align with the "glow" philosophy by using science-backed nutrition to promote wellness and energy. As a Full-Time Service Crew member, you will champion Singapore's plant-based movement and cross-operate across our unique 6-in-1 multi-concept , delivering vibrant hospitality, plant-powered product knowledge, and seamless floor execution.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Concept Hospitality: Greet and host guests warmly across all 6 concepts, adapting quickly to different brand energies.
• Menu Ambassadorship: Confidently guide guests through our vegan offerings, explaining plant-based ingredients and dietary benefits.
• Floor Operations: Execute smooth front-of-house workflow, including taking accurate orders via POS systems and assembling final presentations.
• Table Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages efficiently, clearing tables and maintaining pristine dining environments.
• Active Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our multi-concept kitchen team to ensure speed, quality, and guest satisfaction.

🛠️ Requirements & Qualifications

• Eligibility: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), or Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders are preferred and will have an added advantage.
• Schedule: Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week shift structure, including weekends and public holidays.
• Certifications: Possess a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Mindset: A strong passion for the F&B industry, healthy living, or plant-based lifestyles.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume multi-concept restaurant layout.
