Job Responsibilities

- Assist the store manager in managing the restaurant

- Responsible for daily front-of-house operations and food preparation schedule management

- Manage employee scheduling, training, and discipline

- Boost sales (set meal sales / best-selling item execution)

- Standardize hygiene management

Job Requirements

**Preferred experience:** Front-of-house supervisor/team leader/senior service staff.

**Mandarin Chinese required (for communication with customers/team); English proficiency is a plus.

**Strong service awareness, emotionally stable, and with good execution skills; able to lead a team to resolve issues during peak hours.

**Attention to detail, neat appearance, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team spirit.
