Service Crew

This role entails providing support to the floor team to deliver guests and members a wonderful dining experience.


KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

● Setting up the floor during opening and closing procedures

● Guiding and training part time staff in their duties and responsibilities as floor commis

● Maintaining the condiment stations

● Maintaining the MEP polishing stations

● Setting up the kitchen pass and manning the food running shifts

● Setting up each service station with the necessary cutleries/glassware that it needs to run the operation and continually replenishing side stations

● Delivering food and drinks to tables

● Supporting the captains with station maintenance, clearing and resetting tables and mise en place for service

● Supporting reservations with seating shifts

● Managing laundry inventory and check in/out of deliveries for service

● Follow club’s policies, procedures and service standards
