Service Crew (Paya Lebar/Beauty World) (Chinese Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and answering questions about meal items.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders, processing them through a POS (Point of Sale) or cashiering system, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Setting up tables according to standard operating procedures (SOP), clearing used dishes, and resetting tables for new guests.
- Keeping the dining area, workstations, and equipment clean and tidy throughout the shift.
- Assisting with inventory stock-taking, basic food preparation, and handling customer inquiries or complaints.
Requirements:
- Ability to interact politely and professionally under pressure.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff and other crew members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Managing multiple tables and orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
