Service Crew / Service Leader (Japanese Restaurant)

♦️Working location: Orchard area
♦️ Mon to Saturday (Sunday off)
♦️Salary: $2,800-$3,200
♦️Working Hour: 1.30PM – 11:00PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare/cut food ingredients before & during operations
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness & hygiene standards
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized & stocked
  • Manage kitchen inventory & equipment
  • Explain yakitori menu and recommend drinks to guests
  • Ensure timely serving of skewers and beverages with high professionalism

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in F&B or hospitality
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic Food & Hygiene Certified
