Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during your shift, aligned with the Company’s goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers enjoy their dining experience with us. Have product knowledge and recommend menu to customers, whenever required. (Training provided)
• Work in a team with the back of house staffs to attain high standards of product quality, service, health and safety.
• Ensure all areas meet hygiene standards and comply with MOH regulations and Company policies.
• Preparation of beverage and serving.
• Preparation for closing/opening, clean up and rearrange/replenishing set up.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Managers / Supervisors.
