Service Delivery Coordinator - Wellbore Intervention

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing field operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Ensure the health and safety of personnel and protection of the environment at all times.
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with Baker Hughes non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all job activities.

Job Planning & Execution

  • Ensure assigned contracts and quotations are fully understood and effectively executed.
  • Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in the Master Task Job Checklist (MTJC) across organizational boundaries.
  • Manage end-to-end job execution, including preparation, execution, and close-out phases.

Resource Planning & Scheduling

  • Schedule and dispatch resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) in alignment with job requirements.
  • Optimize resource utilization while ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout job preparation, execution, and close-out.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment with client expectations at all stages.

Risk Management & Escalation

  • Maintain familiarity with client Management of Change (MOC) and escalation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to client and Baker Hughes procedures when risks to objectives arise.
  • Proactively escalate issues that may impact service delivery, including:
    • Requests to operate outside product specifications
    • Deviations from Baker Hughes SOPs
  • Drive timely resolution of operational challenges.

Financial & Commercial Accountability

  • Ensure invoices are aligned with contracts/quotations with no revenue leakage.
  • Support timely invoicing and collections processes to ensure cash flow targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
  • Proven experience in oilfield operations such as:
    • Well Interventions Engineering
    • Drilling Engineering
    • Workover Engineering or Supervisory roles
  • Strong understanding of field operations, job planning, and execution processes.
