Service Delivery lead
· Strong leadership capabilities with an ability to manage a team as well as leading by influence
· Work cross functionally across Connected Health, external Client teams and Insurance providers including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance and Operations
· Excellent understanding of process design, documentation and implementation
