· Strong leadership capabilities with an ability to manage a team as well as leading by influence

· Work cross functionally across Connected Health, external Client teams and Insurance providers including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance and Operations

· Excellent understanding of process design, documentation and implementation

· Excellent analytical skills

· Ability to manage in a fast paced, ever changing environment

· Comfortable interacting with/presenting to all levels of management

· Ability to tolerate ambiguity while continuously moving forward

· Customer focused mentality

· Ability to assist with headcount forecasting as applicable

· Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
