TITLE: Service Delivery Manager – Medical Coding

REPORTS TO: General Manager - Coding

DEPARTMENT: Huron Healthcare RCM Group

WORK HOURS: 5 days week and flexible to work in different shifts

LOCATION: Bangalore/ Chennai, India.

SUMMARY:
As a Service Delivery Manager – Medical Coding, with 12-14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Training Needs Analysis and domain skills in Provider Enrollment Revenue Cycle Management Medical Coding and Clinical.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong technical and problem solving skills are essential aspects of this role.

• Communicate with clients and manage service delivery according to client SLAs.
• Create and maintain process documentation and update it on a timely basis.
• Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review and root cause analysis.
• Assist with new team member training, and ensure consistent growth and development.
• Review overall staff performance, and ensure that all targets for controlling attrition and shrinkage are met.
• Prepare/maintain management/operational reports and maintain process KPI and dashboard metrics
• Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction Level
• Timely intervention to improve quality
• Reviewing the Trend on weekly basis and analyzing the reasons if there is any deviation.
• Closely work with the billing team for clearing the edits and addressing the denial accounts.
• Manage the overall performance management of the team
• Manage the delivery of services and P&LExtensive knowledge of federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and policies pertaining to documentation, coding, and billing for professional and technical services.
• Strong managerial, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on service delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency
• Oversee revenue cycle management activities to optimize financial performance.





QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have multi speciality coding experience with educational qualification related to medical and Paramedical or life science graduate
• Knowledge in CDI will be an added advantage
• Medical coding certification through either AAPC or AHIMA: CPC/COC/CIC/CCS.
• Strong background in diagnosis and CPT coding
• Strong understanding of healthcare principles and concepts.
• PMP and Black belt certification is an advantage.
• Good at Process Documentation, creating SOPs & Process mapping.
• Be proficient in using service delivery management tools and software.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
