About the Role

The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of business change initiatives undertaken by Parking.

They will be required to introduce, maintain, and develop performance reports across a range of fields, ensuring the parking assets are providing Best Value for the citizens of Nottingham

We are looking for highly customer-orientated individuals to join our team. The successful candidates should demonstrate that they have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are able to learn a subject from a position of zero knowledge and have a detailed knowledge of computer systems. In addition strong motivational skills to ensure that personal deadlines are met, working with minimum supervision and being an active team member are important.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· To promote Parking service offers and products by attending events in and around the city (on occasion outside of normal working hours).

. To support the development, implementation, and promotion of marketing campaigns

. To maintain an up to date knowledge of a range of software packages and bespoke software including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio and Project, Parking Logic, SWEB Access, IPS, RingGo, E-Com and INS.

. Recognise the importance of stakeholder/customer retention and apply techniques to retain clientele.

. To accurately record and maintain records of agreements made with customers relating to offers and products in accordance with NCC policy and procedures.
