Right
now, we are looking for a Servicedesk for a client on our Talent Team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Experience with SCCM and AD (Active Directory)
(Required)
- Assist with the analysis and troubleshooting of
issues related to on-site equipment:
- Networking (switches, access points, routers),o
Printers
- Meeting room equipment (TVs, projectors)
- Video conferencing equipment (conventional and
Teams Rooms)
- Communication equipment in common areas (TVs,
PCs for content distribution)
- Overseeing and executing PC delivery/pickup
processes
- Providing user support for equipment
replacement
- Providing on-site support for software updates
on PCs
- Monitoring local inventory of equipment and
accessories
- Receiving IT equipment delivered to these
locations
- Updating the CMDB regarding assets that have
been delivered, returned, or are under repair
- When applicable, verifying the CMDB regarding
an asset or employee
- Installing hardware upgrades for equipment
You must have:
- Experience in software and hardware
troubleshooting;
- Previous experience in similar roles
(preferred);
- Knowledge of operating systems (workstations
and servers);
- Remote access for troubleshooting with end
users;
- Experience with ticketing platforms and SLA
compliance
