To better serve our customers and maintain strong relations with them, we are looking for a customer-oriented professional to join our team. Established in 1983, we specialize in the supply of a wide range of laboratory analytical instrumentation.

Omega Scientific Pte Ltd is committed to providing comprehensive after-sales service support to our customers. This includes installation and commissioning, training of operations procedures, applications support, troubleshooting of instruments, repairs, and instrument validation in compliance with recognized standards. We have our own in-house laboratory facilities to provide applications support and selected calibration services for customers.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to strengthen our customer support services.

Service Engineer / Assistant Service Manager

Job responsibilities:

• To perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repairing a range of analytical instruments.
• To provide technical and applications support to end-users of analytical and medical instruments.
• To calibrate instruments according to standardized procedures.
• To work with sales staff for equipment installation
• To work closely with Service Manager to plan and schedule tasks in accordance to the needs of the customer.

Education and Experience requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Applicants with Higher NITEC with experience will also be considered.
• Relevant working experience in instrumentation will be an advantage.
• Required language: ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Enjoys building and maintaining good customer relationships
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Applicants should be Singaporean.
