<\/p><\/li>Organizing service visits with respect to complaints. <\/span>
<\/p><\/li>CNC knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens controllers etc.)<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Recording & Monitoring Daily Customer Complaints.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Responsible for supporting to house service activities. <\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Technical support to the field engineers for Servicing / Installation<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Arranging spares support required for customer, field engineers and in\-house repair<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Preparing the training document required for training with the help of Design Department<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Training to field engineers and customers<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>To send the RT received for repair within the specific time <\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Participate in CAPA / root cause analysis meeting<\/span>
