      • Act for customer complaints with service immediately. <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Document preparation for new installation & interfacing prior to Service Engineer at customer site.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Installation & Interfacing online technical support to the Service Engineers and customers during Rotary Table at maintenance.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Entering customer complaint in to Sales Force for Bangalore Region.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Organizing service visits with respect to complaints. <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • CNC knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens controllers etc.)<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Recording & Monitoring Daily Customer Complaints.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Responsible for supporting to house service activities. <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Technical support to the field engineers for Servicing / Installation<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Arranging spares support required for customer, field engineers and in\-house repair<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Preparing the training document required for training with the help of Design Department<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Training to field engineers and customers<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • To send the RT received for repair within the specific time <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Participate in CAPA / root cause analysis meeting<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
