Job Description\:
You will be responsible for ensuring service improvement opportunities are identified and where possible are progressed.
Core duties\:
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Service Leads, Operational Capability teams, cross lifecycle functions, customers and suppliers
- Pro-actively seeks out Service Improvement opportunities, working with key stakeholders and contributors in order to identify them
- Ensures opportunities are baselined where possible so that measured improvement can be demonstrated and reported on
- Assist the Service Improvement Manager in driving the Managed Suppliers continual improvement processes, ensuring that the client obtains the anticipated value and benefits from the relationships and associated contracts
Essential Skills\:
- Experience using ITIIL V3 and/or ITILV4
- Experience with Incident Management
- Experience with Problem Management
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, service teams and third-party providers to support business requirements
The Information Management & Technology team\:
Supporting critical AIR ERP and Extended IT services, this function ensures reliable data processing, service continuity and operational performance across the business. By managing transactional data, resolving service issues and driving continuous improvement, it plays an important role in enabling efficient digital operations and supporting wider business performance.
