Service Now Consultant (ITSM)
- ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ITSM modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), and Service Catalog on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands on expertise in ServiceNow administration, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
