Service Operations Team Lead - Installation

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Supervision:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Lead and manage a team of field engineers and technicians across multiple sites.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Allocate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Conduct training and mentorship to junior engineers and new team members.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure team compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

  Technical Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/p>

  • Install, configure, and maintain telecom equipment such as routers, switches, base stations, antennas, and fiber\-optic systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Perform site surveys, RF planning, LOS (Line\-of\-Sight) checks, and signal testing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues and perform root cause analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure proper documentation of network typologies, test results, and site audit reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with NOC (Network Operations Center) and backend teams for escalated issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Oversee and participate in network roll\-outs, upgrades, and expansions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure completion of installation and commissioning as per project timelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Participate in quality checks and handover processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements:Education:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p>

      • Diploma/Bachelor\u2019s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
