Your role

As a Solutions Engineer, you play a key role in the pre‑sales phase by translating customer needs into feasible, high‑value warehouse solutions. Working closely with the Sales Manager and cross‑functional teams, you shape concepts and proposals that balance innovation, efficiency and cost, while building trust with customers throughout the sales process.

What you will do?

Translate customer requirements into clear, well‑balanced solution concepts and proposals
Design warehouse layouts and workflows that combine technical feasibility with business value
Collaborate with sales, engineering and finance teams to develop competitive, commercially sound offers
Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer discussions and presentations
Ensure a smooth handover of sold projects to the delivery and execution teams

What you bring?

A technical degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, Electro‑mechanical, Logistics Engineering or similar)
At least 2 years of experience in a role combining technical and commercial responsibilities
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (~4 days per month)

What you can look forward to?

This position offers a monthly salary range starting from € 4300,- up to € 4900,-. When performance expectations are exceeded, there is even the opportunity to grow beyond this scale.
