Service Support Executive
Responsibilities
· Provide service support for customers – to both external and internal
· Provide accurate information and timely generation of Service Reports
· Support our service team and ensure daily smooth operations
· Assist in procurement of inventory stock
· Pro-actively participate in improvement plans and ERP system
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holder in any field, with at least 2 – 3 years of experience
· Meticulous & detailed-oriented
· Able to meet deadlines and multi-task
