Training Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm ( 3 weeks) / Monday - Friday
Monday - Friday Perm Hours 11:30am - 8:00pm
Service Support Representative needs 1 – 2 years of experience in a professional business environment
Service Support Representative requires:
- Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry a plus
- Call Center
- exceptional customer service
Service Support Representative duties:
- Interface with providers to verify member eligibility and authorize services
- Review claims details, research payment issues, investigate provider network details
