Position : Dental Technician / Engineer (Dental Equipment)
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Working Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3,200 basic + company phone + transport reimbursement + AWS + variable bonus + 14 days annual leave
Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Support installation, servicing, troubleshooting and technical support for dental equipment and related products.
Coordinate with local and overseas dealers and customers on installation, service requirements and product-related enquiries.
Provide onsite and remote technical support for equipment, IT-related installation and service issues.
Assist in handling product complaints, feedback and service follow-ups.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate parts availability for service support.
Provide technical training and product guidance to dealers and customers when required.
Perform other service-related duties assigned.

Requirements

ITE, NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Good IT and computer knowledge.
Relevant experience in equipment servicing, technical support or field service will be an advantage.
Candidates without direct experience may be considered if they have suitable technical training and are open to hands-on technical development.
Good communication skills to explain technical matters clearly to customers and healthcare professionals.
Class 3 driving license will be an advantage when required to travel to customer or dealer sites.
