To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Field Service Technician, with a focus on our Molift brand, to join us as soon as possible.

Your Profile
Completed technical training, e.g. as an electrician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, rehabilitation technician, or similar
Experience in technical service or field service is an advantage
Technical understanding of mechanics and electrical systems
Willingness to travel extensively, including multi-day assignments with overnight stays
Confident and professional manner when dealing with customers
Enjoy teaching technical knowledge in an understandable way or willingness to develop in this role
Your Responsibilities
Maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis of ceiling-mounted and mobile lifts at customer sites
Installation and removal of ceiling lift systems
Carrying out safety inspections and functional tests in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Providing technical advice and support to customers on-site
Independently conducting technical training sessions and certifications for specialized dealers
Delivering technical know-how on maintenance, inspection, and repair of Molift systems, as well as instruction in service tools
Supporting the workshop in Herten when needed, especially during peak workloads or to ensure ongoing operations
