Service Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, service, and repair CNC and laser engraving/cutting machines supplied by the company.

  • Perform machine demonstrations, material testing, sample production, and engraving/cutting applications for customers.

  • Install and commission new equipment according to specifications to ensure proper functionality and performance.

  • Provide customer training on machine hardware, software operations, and basic maintenance procedures.

  • Support customers with after-sales service inquiries, spare parts requirements, and maintenance-related assistance.

  • Promote and process spare parts sales as well as annual preventive maintenance service contracts.

  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports upon completion of service activities.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Department regarding customer service requirements and technical support matters.

  • Travel overseas when required to carry out installation, servicing, training, and technical support duties.

  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude at all times.

  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company or immediate superior.
