  • Good knowledge of different change models (Normal, Standard, Emergency, etc.)

  • Knowledge of change\-related integrations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Stakeholder management skills (operations, end customers, technical teams)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Design thinking for technical solutions
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to produce LLD for developers
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Domain separation knowledge
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Telecom knowledge (advantage)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • TMF framework knowledge (advantage)
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
