<\/p><\/li>Good knowledge of different change models (Normal, Standard, Emergency, etc.)
<\/p><\/li>Knowledge of change\-related integrations
<\/p><\/li>Stakeholder management skills (operations, end customers, technical teams)
<\/p><\/li>Design thinking for technical solutions
<\/p><\/li>Ability to produce LLD for developers
<\/p><\/li>Domain separation knowledge
<\/p><\/li>Telecom knowledge (advantage)
<\/p><\/li>TMF framework knowledge (advantage)
