  • 3.5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

  • Strong expertise with ServiceNow CSM module\nwith Devops.<\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Experience in ServiceNow APIs<\/b>, scripting, REST/SOAP<\/b> integrations.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Preferably holding ServiceNow CSA, CSM <\/b>related\ncertification.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proficiency in working with Service Portals, UI\nPolicies, Business Rules and/or client scripts as per customization need. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • ITIL knowledge around Incident/Case or\nChange/Problem management.
