Role Summary:<\/b> Responsible for designing a scalable, secure, and extensible hybrid architecture as ServiceNow is introduced into Client\u2019s distributed 1P infrastructure. This role will ensure that ServiceNow integrates effectively with systems like SAP and other internal 1P platforms, while enabling AI\-first orchestration and modular adoption.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

●\tDesign hybrid 1P/3P architecture (SN CMDB + SAP ITAM + Internal IT Service Portal (ITSP))
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tEstablish architectural guardrails for integration, extensibility, and governance
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tCMDB design and integration strategy
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tData sync/ownership model between SAP and SN
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tEnsure SN data structures support resolver, case mgmt and AI use cases
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tCollaborate with internal EAs, security, Corp Eng platform teams
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tDefine north\-star architecture for SN\-backed IT tooling
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tReview and advise on SN module adoption roadmap
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tDocument all learnings / decisions. Conduct defined level of Knowledge Transfer back to a Client\u2019s on periodic basis

Required Experience:

●\tDeep experience with ServiceNow platform, CMDB, ITSM
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tExperience in large\-scale, distributed infrastructure environments
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tKnowledge of SAP integration and ITAM / ITOM design patterns
<\/div>
<\/div>
●\tFamiliarity with knowledge graphs, AI orchestration, or API\-first data layers
<\/div>
