• Develop and customise IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ITAM workflows with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with asset management policies.
• work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of ITAM processes and tools.
