ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant - Advanced English (Brazil)

We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. If you are a ServiceNow expert who goes beyond a single module and loves designing comprehensive, cross-platform solutions, this role is for you. You will act as a trusted advisor and technical leader, driving complex implementations across various ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, etc.) while ensuring scalable architecture and platform best practices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless interoperability.
  • Act as the primary technical reference in client-facing discussions, translating complex business requirements into robust platform solutions.
  • Design, develop, and customize advanced platform features, including complex Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
  • Architect and implement robust integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Graph Connectors.
  • Champion the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework, ensuring all module implementations align with the broader architectural vision.
  • Build advanced workflows and automations using Flow Designer and custom actions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce security controls, and guarantee overall code quality and platform performance.
  • Mentor Mid-Level and Junior Developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and global stakeholders to define project roadmaps and technical strategies.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Advanced English (mandatory for global communications, documentation, and client-facing workshops).
  • Deep hands-on experience and solid understanding of at least 2 or 3 core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM + ITOM, or CSM + HRSD, or ITSM + SPM).
  • Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Regex) and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • Proven experience building complex outbound and inbound integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, IntegrationHub).
  • Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and platform data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage client expectations, and strong consultative posture.

Nice to Have / Desirable:

  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD) and multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials in different modules.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies within global consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with Service Portal (AngularJS) and/or the new Now Experience UI Framework (UI Builder).
