Ondaro is looking for a highly skilled and collaborative ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – Core Platform/ITSM to join our growing ServiceNow team. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex ServiceNow Core Platform and ITSM solutions that drive digital transformation, optimize service delivery, and improve business outcomes. You will work closely with clients, architects, developers, and stakeholders to provide technical leadership, define best practices, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions while contributing to the continued growth and innovation of our ServiceNow practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a technical reference in the design and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Core Platform and ITSM.
- Develop and configure complex integrations of third-party systems with ServiceNow using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
- Drive the full development lifecycle (architecture, coding, testing, and deployment) ensuring ServiceNow best practices.
- Actively participate in technical refinements, translating business requirements into precise technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor mid-level/junior developers, and ensure the technical quality of deliverables.
- Lead meetings, solution presentations, and technical alignments directly with international clients and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Deep expertise in Core Platform (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, ACLs).
- Strong experience in the implementation and customization of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Advanced experience building Integrations (REST, SOAP, inbound/outbound integrations, Web Services, import sets, and transform maps).
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
- Fluent English (Mandatory): Ability to conduct technical meetings, defend solutions, and interact daily with global clients and teams (e.g., USA, Canada).
- Active ServiceNow Certifications.
- Previous experience in consulting firms.
- Knowledge of other modules (such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM) or familiarity with Service Portal and advanced widgets.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
