Ondaro is looking for a highly skilled and collaborative ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – ITAM to join our growing ServiceNow team. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, helping organizations gain greater visibility, control, and optimization of their IT assets throughout the entire lifecycle. You will work closely with clients, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions, provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and drive successful ITAM initiatives while contributing to the growth and innovation of our ServiceNow practice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM/ITAM), and ITSM solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for asset lifecycle processes, guiding clients on best practices for software and hardware management.
- Configure and manage Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, normalization, software models, entitlements, and software reclamation rules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party discovery and endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Jamf, ILMT).
- Drive the full development lifecycle, translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Lead technical workshops, solution presentations, and align directly with international clients and global stakeholders.
- Mentor mid-level/junior developers and ensure the technical excellence and quality of all deliverables.
What You Bring
- Solid experience as a Senior Technical Consultant or Developer on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep expertise in implementing and customizing ITAM (Hardware Asset Management) modules.
- Strong practical experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and a deep understanding of CMDB data modeling (CSDM).
- Advanced technical skills in integrations (REST/SOAP), JavaScript, Flow Designer, and system architecture.
- Fluent English (Mandatory): Ability to confidently conduct technical meetings, defend solutions, and interact daily with global clients and teams (e.g., USA, Canada).
- Active ServiceNow Certifications, especially CIS-SAM, CIS-HAM, or CIS-ITSM.
- Strong understanding of software licensing metrics for major publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, etc.).
- Previous experience in consulting firms delivering end-to-end projects.
- ITIL v4 Certification and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
