Services Account Executive, New Zealand
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Partnership: Develop and execute services strategies for your portfolio, working closely with account teams to create impactful, outcome-driven account plans.
- End-to-End Sales Engagement: Engage early in the sales cycle—from ideation and qualification through to negotiation and close—ensuring services are aligned to customer priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Customer Value & Retention: Support customers throughout their lifecycle by reinforcing value, strengthening relationships, and driving successful renewals.
- Growth Through Services: Proactively co-sell Unified and Consulting services alongside solution sales to expand opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting, services, or solution-based sales
- Proven success in consultative, outcome-based sellingStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments
- Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
- Demonstrated success in delivering customer and business outcomes
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and pre-sales engagements
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, methodologies, or industry cloud solutions.
