Services Account Representative

Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for a Services Account Representative who will execute the delivery of high quality service administration, for a defined area, ensure satisfaction of relevant stakeholders by providing high quality administrative services at agreed service level.

The successor will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

What you will do

As a Services Account Representative, you will:

• Act as the main operational Services contact for assigned customers, ensuring excellent customer experience and service levels
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on service and maintenance activities, including Services Agreements execution and profitability
• Delivering Excellence in customer service & customer experience for allocated customers
• Lead communication and collaboration with internal teams to scope and deliver maintenance events and technical solutions
• Monitor the Services sales pipeline and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities using customer insights and data
• Support account management and low-complexity sales activities, including quotations and customer onboarding for digital tools
• Promote adoption of Tetra Pak’s digital platforms and manage customer inquiries, ensuring proper internal routing
• Delivering Excellence in customer service and monitor performance indicators & customer experience results, driving continuous improvement actions

We believe you have

• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels
• 3 years of experience in services, operations, or commercial support roles
• Ability to identify growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
• Structured, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset, a flexible working attitude
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating time management/ prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
