Services Crew (Full Time)
Job Description
- Report to the managers
- Deliver warm and attentive service to all customers, from greeting to farewell.
- Guide customers through the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
- Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the dining area
- Serving food & beverages to guests
- Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining areas.
- Preparation of service duties
- Support daily opening and closing duties (shift)
- Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
- Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
- Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
- Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Able to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Other ah-how duties assigned by upper level.
