Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Foundational familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Analytics is expected.
- Take ownership of project reporting and administration, guiding engagements from initial opportunity through successful go live.
- Actively participate in project manager meetings to monitor progress, uphold timelines, and keep deliverables on course.
- Advance onboarding initiatives by developing and maintaining realistic project schedules and forecasts, while encouraging clear and consistent communication across teams.
- Identify and implement internal process and methodology improvements within the services organization to drive client satisfaction and project success.
- Develop polished presentation materials, reports, workflows, process documentation, and other required project artifacts.
- Model a culture of excellence by holding yourself and others to high standards, demonstrating resilience, and navigating complex challenges through effective negotiation.
- Author and maintain SOPs, flowcharts, and supporting documentation; develop training content for services teams and ensure effective distribution across relevant groups.
- Collaborate with Professional Services teams to uphold strong data integrity through regularly scheduled report audits.
- Oversee the end-to-end time-entry process, from assignment creation through timecard approvals.
Integral to Delivering These Responsibilities:
- Consistent and accurate project status reporting.
- Oversight of financial management activities.
- Proactive resource forecasting and planning.
- Effective change management execution.
Requirements & Skills:
- Working knowledge of Data Modeling, ETL logic, and Visual Design principles.
- Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of coordinating, planning, monitoring, and tracking complex projects.
- Competence in assessing and communicating project costs relative to budgets and forecasts.
- Highly detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to accuracy, a strong sense of ownership, and a deep commitment to accountability.
- Self-motivated and results-focused, with sound judgment, clear prioritization skills, and the ability to operate independently.
- Collaborative team player with sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the diplomacy to negotiate effective solutions.
- Skilled at reviewing and monitoring projects and tasks to anticipate resource needs, surface scheduling risks, and escalating concerns in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and PSA platforms such as Certinia.
- Demonstrated project coordination experience with a solid grounding in project planning methodologies.
- Strong auditing, data analysis, and data integrity management capabilities.
