Your Impact
The Services Sr. Analyst advances the Provider Experience Group’s mission to make Lowe’s the Providers’ #1 choice to do business with.
This role transforms PROvider feedback, operational data, and business priorities into actionable insights, scalable reporting, and project execution that strengthen the Independent Service PROvider network and support corporate and field teams. The Sr. Analyst builds decision-support tools, monitors KPIs, investigates performance trends, and delivers clear recommendations that improve business outcomes.
The role also leads initiatives from concept through launch by gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, managing execution, and measuring results. Through cross-functional partnership with Provider Experience, Installations, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Technology, this role helps deliver programs, tools, and processes that improve the Provider experience and support scalable network growth.
What You Will Do
- Build, maintain, and govern standardized reporting, dashboard, and workflow tools that ensure accurate metrics, reliable data refreshes, validation, visibility, action tracking, and informed decision-making for the Provider Management Team.
- Analyze multiple data sources to identify trends, risks, root causes, performance variances, and improvement opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Lead and support assigned Provider Experience Group PMO projects from intake through implementation, including scope definition, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, launch readiness, execution tracking, and post-launch follow-up.
- Partner cross-functionally with Provider Experience, Services teams, and other business partners to improve processes, gather feedback, and support strategic initiatives.
- Document business requirements, reporting logic, workflows, standard operating procedures, governance processes, and tool administration practices to support consistency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in cross-functional project management, analytic design, report development, and root cause analysis
- 3 years of experience owning and presenting projects, updates to small and large groups, virtually and in person
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master’s degree in Business Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, analytic design, report development, and root cause analysis

Where You’ll Be
- Associates are required to relocate to the Mooresville/Charlotte region to foster collaboration and facilitate improved testing and support.
- Lowe’s supports a Flex Office concept where in-person work is required 5 days per week in the office at the Mooresville, NC location.
- Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.
