SG Real Estate Admin Executive
Job overview:
The SG Real Estate Admin Executive will provide operational and administrative support to the SG Real Estate team, assisting in site evaluation, project coordination and all documentation including but not limited to store development and market expansion. This position is designed for an entry level candidate with 3 to 5 years experience in leasing and real estate development within a dynamic, fast growth F&B retail company. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full store development process in SG and potentially helping to cover for the APAC region as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Project coordination
- Support real estate development projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, landlords, agents and vendors to facilitate property and lease related matters.
- Assist in maintaining project trackers, progress reports and internal communication updates.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research in identifying potential retail sites, study competitor locations and evaluate market demand.
- Prepare location analyses and assist in compiling data to support expansion, closure or relocation decisions.
- Update and manage databases of available properties and key real estate market information.
Executive and administrative support
- Prepare meeting materials, presentation decks and follow up documentation for the SG Real Estate Committee and other executive reviews or cross-functional discussions
- Serve as secretariat for the SG Real Estate Committee
- Ensure smooth communication flows between the SG Real Estate team, internal and external stakeholders
- Handle expense tracking, budget, claims and document filing in alignment with company policy
Market Research and Data Support
- Conduct preliminary market research and assist in preparing reports on potential sites and market trends
- Maintain and update databases related to leases, potential sites and development opportunities within SG
- Compile data and assist in preparation of business proposals or feasibility studies for new projects.
Documentation and Coordination
- Organize and maintain real estate documentation including but not limited to contracts, approvals and project records.
- Support administrative processes such as budget tracking, invoice processing and compilance documentation.
- Assist in coordinating and planning departmental activities, meetings and communication updates
Learning and Development Opportunities
- Gain exposure to SG real estate operations and potentially APAC real estate operations and development strategies across multiple markets
- Learn how to manage budget, schedules and coordinate complex business activities.
- Receive mentorship and training from senior real estate professionals to develop strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Admin
- Candidates with up to 3 to 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills being professional in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest in the retail or F&B industry.
