Job Responsibilities：
- Design best line configuration for products, leading line configuration for yearly CT target achievement.
- Leading line balance activity (high runner change, machine parameter optimization in daily production) through AI solutions.
- Focus on high performance line stable output, by timely visualizing performance loss through AI solutions.
- Work loading analysis and standard HC reduction for direct productivity improvement.
- Standardized work (PQI and Stab) and continuous improvement.
- QCO time reduction and standard documentation.
- BP and 1A routing related work.
- HC and OT planning.
- Attandance management.
- Digital transformation project for data visualization, process simplification and efficiency improvement.

- Bachelor degree
- 1~2 years of IE work experience
