• 維持安全生產與堅守公司核心價值。
• 負責監督生產線的日常運營，物料/生產安排以及日常運營工作。
• 根據生產產品、設備效率、物料供應、人員配置和所需產量來進行每日生產規劃，以滿足工單需求，並確保最大限度地維持產量和品質。
• 與工程師/ 助工協作進行生產線的持續改善（例如：物料清單，生產路線，SOP，易損件等）。
• 具備紮實的專業知識，並了解相關加工領域，負責製程或設備基本異常或故障排除。
• 具有良好領導能力，能監督組員，專注於任務執行和特定流程的交付。
• 維持5S，遵守標準作業程序。
