What Youโll Do:
๐ฆ Lead your shift โ coach, support, and inspire your team as we scoop, serve & engage with customers
๐งน Keep the shop on point โ delegate to uphold our standards for cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
๐ Be a team coach โ lead by example, and maintain positive momentum
๐ต Oversee transactions โ ensure smooth, accurate POS and cash handling
๐ฎ Be the vibe โ create and foster a fun, memorable experience for customers and crew
๐ง Problem-solve and communicate โ support your team and solve real-time issues
๐ Open and close the shop โ take responsibility for key daily operations
Your Contribution and Responsibilities:
Focus on Customers and Community
- Provide consistent, positive, and engaging customer experiences
- Foster and uphold a customer-centric shop culture
- Address real-time customer needs through genuine care and authentic human connection
Execution
- Utilize and oversee established systems, tools, and procedures to uphold standards
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, purpose, and pride during the shift
- Delegate tasks based on customer flow and necessary action items
- Ensure effective execution of daily operations
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Demonstrate excellence across all areas of shop operations
- Assume the role of the on-duty manager
Communicate with Impact
- Utilize open and direct communication
- Communicate clear and detailed shop and team needs to the shop leadership team
- Engage, connect, coach, and lead the shift with clarity, positivity, and kindness
- Communicate your schedule and availability proactively

๐ Assistant and General Manager โ build and grow strong shop teams and community relationships
What We Need from You:
โ๏ธ Can work at least 3 shifts per week (15+ hrs)
โ๏ธ Open availability. We need team members with flexible availability.
Regardless of how many shifts you want to work, your availability must include:
4 daytime shifts (open-4 pm) Mon-Fri
OR
2+ closing shifts Mon-Thu, 2+ closing shifts Fri-Sun, and 1+ daytime shifts Sat-Sun
โ๏ธ Able to lift up to 50 lbs & stand for the full shift
โ๏ธ 18+ years old
โ๏ธ Commitment to schedule adherence, continued training, and growth
โ๏ธ Have at least six months of experience delegating and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
โ๏ธ Have at least six (6) months of experience in a related service industry
Compensation:
๐ต $23 per hour ($15.00 per hour + $8.00/hr average in tips)
