Shift Supervisor (Foot Reflexology & Massage)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, therapist shifts, and appointment rostering for the ground floor open-concept reflexology layout.

• Perform professional foot reflexology and body massage treatments for premium clients.

• Manage spa treatment inventory, linen maintenance, and monitor operational supply levels.

• Monitor and enforce strict hygiene, equipment sterilization, and workplace safety practices among therapists.

• Handle customer queries, resolve guest feedback professionally, and manage cash flow collections accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on industry experience in a licensed spa or reflexology establishment.

• Relevant industry qualifications/diploma or specialized technical certificate in wellness and massage therapy.

• Proven leadership qualities with experience managing team schedules and maintaining customer service excellence.

• Conversant in basic English to process regulatory bookings and address public walk-ins.

• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and nights.
