We are now looking for a

Shift Supervisor

As a shift supervisor, your primary responsibility will encompass overseeing and managing the overall operations during your shift. It will be crucial to ensure production proceeds as planned and facilitate smooth collaboration with maintenance teams. Your role also involves effectively allocating resources together with the broader production organization and promoting safety adherence among staff according to Prysmian's safety protocols.

Operating within an uninterrupted three-shift schedule, you'll report directly to our Production Manager. We offer you highly varied work in a very vibrant environment within a world-leading cable manufacturer. You'll be at the core of production, overseeing the entire factory and coordinating the activities of your shift. Moreover, you'll have the chance to drive production enhancements, leverage your skills effectively, and develop professionally.

We expect you to have

A relevant technical training
A few years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
Previous people management experience and excellent leadership skills
An independent and responsible approach to work
Good knowledge of Finnish and English languages
SAP systems knowledge is an advantage

Vuorotyönjohtajaa

Vuorotyönjohtajana vastaat kokonaisvaltaisesti vuoron operatiivisesta toiminnasta ja johtamisesta. Vastaat osaltasi suunnitelman mukaisesta tuotannosta. Huolehdit siitä, että yhteistyö kunnossapidon kanssa toimii.

Pidät myös huolen henkilöstöresurssien käytön järkevyydestä yhdessä muun tuotanto-organisaation kanssa. Varmistat, että henkilöstö työskentelee turvallisesti Prysmianin turvallisuusohjeita noudattaen. Työaikamalli on keskeytymätön kolmivuorotyö ja raportoit tehtävässä tuotantopäällikölle.
