Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Pharmacy Operations
You'll work onsite in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting a high-volume central mail order pharmacy operation that helps veterans receive prescription medications safely, accurately, and on time.
You'll apply your shipping and receiving skills across packaging, scanning, inventory support, and production workflows while helping ensure medications are prepared for safe, accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify stock contents and select the appropriate container type and size for each shipment.
- Insert enclosures, use protective packing materials to prevent damage, close and seal containers, and apply labels or identifying data.
- Operate packaging equipment, read computer screens, use scanning equipment, and respond to alarms and alerts.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area while supporting production and accuracy standards.
- Support inventory handling by stocking shelves, rotating drugs and supplies, and checking expiration dates.
- Act as a runner when needed, delivering messages, documents, or items to locations within the facility.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer and typing skills required.
- Ability to read and communicate clearly in English required.
- Ability to meet production and accuracy standards required.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs required.
- U.S. Citizen or legal resident required.
