Shipping Coordinator
Location: 6 Chin Bee Ave, Singapore 619930 (Boon Lay)
5 Days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
$2400 to $2800 + AWS
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Experience in a shipping/ freight forwarding/ logistics industry an added advantage
Job Scope (Responsibilities):
- Process custom declaration and bill of lading
- Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight
- Prepare and check import shipment documents
- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors
- Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up
- Liaising with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query
- On/ off-sites inventory stock take
- Support strategic purchasing request
